Groups can be a great way make training more fun in a supportive, social environment!

We offer different sessions and levels of support depending on your injuries, goals and confidence in group settings.

What our group sessions can help with:

Semi - Private Exercise Rehab | 2 People

These sessions are capped at 2 people and are designed for those who no longer need 1:1 attention but still require more support and attention from your clinician than a larger group. Generally we will try to pair you with someone who has similar issues or goals, but we are able to individualise your session much more than our clinical groups (below).

These sessions can be requested and booked through your Physiotherapist once you have had an initial assessment.

Small Group Sessions | 3 - 6 People

Our small group sessions have between 3 - 6 people and are designed for people with similar issues or goals who require less support and attention than our semi-private sessions. We can still modify for injuries and individualise exercises within the session to suit your needs. These are designed and coached by our Physiotherapists & Exercise Physiologists.

We have a range of specific focus classes which are outlined below and run weekly, or specific groups can be set up on request.

Our Current Focus Classes

  • Group session focusing on strength and plyometrics specific to runners.

    Expect lots of single leg strength work and exercises to improve running performance and resilience to injuries.

  • A strength and mobility class including a mix of resistance training with weights / bands and movements to improve and maintain muscle mass and power, especially for those entering their golden ages.

  • A full body class focusing on balance and strength, expect lots of interesting movement, single arm / leg movements to reduce your risk of falling and improve symmetry in strength between your left & right side.

  • A blend of bodyweight strength and mobility, including introductions to gymnastics movements like handstands and rings, and flexibility training to achieve movements like front and side splits.

    While this class may sound high level it is completely scaleable to all levels.

    The age range we see in this class is from early 20’s to mid 70s

  • A dynamic class blending breathwork, yoga style stretching combined with strength, balance and inversions (like handstands and headstands) for those who want to.

    Difficulty: This is an intermediate to advanced class for those who want to push their mobility and push themselves with more challenging movements and poses.

Community Training Programs & Classes

Another way to train with us is through our community membership and gym programs. These are scheduled for 3 days of the week and can be done independently or during our supervised sessions or Saturday community class.

ForPre & Post Natal

You can choose to fit your days around any other training you already do. You are also welcome to pair up with someone else from the community if you would like to do it together!

Community Class

Our Saturday community class is a coached session which can be booked as part of your membership. This is a fun way to meet other members in the community and train together!

Drop in classes are also available for those not on a membership. Book via the button below.

  • Run from our Osborne Park Gym.

    Come along and do a session from whichever program you have signed up for.

    We generally do fun workout at the end to finish the session, this is optional for those on our ForRunning or ForPre & Post Natal programs!
