Community Training Programs & Classes
Another way to train with us is through our community membership and gym programs. These are generally for people who don’t need as much support from an injury perspective, however there is still a big “Physio” lens over it!
Sessions are scheduled for 3 days of the week and can be done independently or join in to our Saturday Community Class.
We currently have 3 community programs:
ForMotion & Health
ForRunner’s Strength
ForPre & Post Natal
You can choose to fit your days around any other training you already do. You are also welcome to pair up with someone else from the community if you would like to do it together!
Community Class
Our Saturday community class is a fun coached session which can be booked as part of your membership. This is a fun way to meet other members in the community and train together!
