Our appointment and fee structure is designed around longer, thorough appointments as well as the creation of full app based treatment ± exercise plans.
All private consults are claimable on private health with on the spot claiming available for 99% of health funds.

Initial appointment to assess and treat a new problem.
Includes a thorough assessment, treatment and treatment plan delivered via Physiapp + any required reports to GPs, coaches and specialists after your appointment.
Available in person or via telehealth.

Extended assessment and treatment of a complex new issue, or if you need multiple issues assessed.

Subsequent appointment to continue treatment and progress rehabilitation / exercises where appropriate.

Longer subsequent appointment for treatment of 2 areas, complex conditions or if a longer exercise rehabilitation session is required.
Please discuss with you Physiotherapist if a 45 or 60min session is required.

Group exercise session with max 2 people.
Supervised exercise rehabilitation - each person is given individualised exercises suited for their condition and personal goals.

Our small group sessions have between 3 - 6 people and are designed for people with similar issues.
Sessions are Physio led with modifications and individualised advice still provided.

Most of our services with a Physiotherapist are claimable on private health using codes, 500, 505, 506 or 560 for groups - check with your healthfund if you are covered.
Exercise Physiology Services

Initial appointment to assess your health and movements.
Assessment will take into account the whole body, your history and your lifestyle to provide a treatment and exercise rehabilitation plan unique to your situation and goals.

Exercise session following your program or making adjustments / increases as necessary.
Once you are comfortable in the gym we may encourage you to come in earlier to warm up / stay later to complete any extra accessory work to maximise your time with your clinician. -
A long follow-up exercise physiology consult for ongoing exercise based rehabilitation or training.
This session will review progress, updates goals and provide small adjustments to programs as appropriate. -
Our small group sessions have between 3 - 8 people and are designed for people with similar issues or goals
