Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This policy allows us time to offer your appointment to someone else who may need it, as well as to cover our costs if you are unable to attend at short notice as our therapists are all booked by appointment with the time set aside for your appointment.
You will receive an automated reminder texts 48 hours prior to your appointment. You can confirm by simply replying “YES” to this text. If you are feeling unwell, or need to change your appointment please contact our admin team on +61 422 483 865 as soon as possible to reschedule.
Our standard late cancellation / change fees* are as follows:
$25 for any cancellations / rescheduling made with less than 24 hours notice.
50% of the cost of the appointment for sessions cancelled / rescheduled with less than 12 hours notice.
100% of the cost for sessions cancelled / rescheduled with less than 2 hours notice.
* These apply to all clients including Worker's Comp, ICWA, NDIS & Medicare. Please be aware that Worker’s Comp Insurers and ICWA do not cover cancellation fees and you will be personally responsible for covering these. You will also not be able to claim back late cancellation fees on privat health or medicare.
We understand that emergencies and on the day illness happens. In these instances we ask you contact us as early as possible via text or phone call.
Please note that severe illness, Covid and compassionate reasons will be assessed at the discretion of management for late cancellations. Please note that reception is not responsible for this discretion.
