She brings a strong evidence-based approach to exercise prescription, drawing on years of clinical practice across private practice, workplace rehabilitation, and the fitness industry.
With a background in functional movement assessment, tailored program design, and outcome-based testing, Imogen is skilled in supporting clients through injury recovery, long-term metabolic and chronic health conditions, and performance-focused training. She has delivered both individual and group rehabilitation programs, including strength training, injury & falls prevention and class aimed at improving metabolic and cardiorespiratory health conditions.
Imogen has also worked closely within multidisciplinary teams, providing workplace rehabilitation services, ergonomic assessments, and return-to-work planning. Her ability to collaborate with clients, employers, and treating practitioners ensures well-rounded, sustainable outcomes.
