Performance Testing
For normal people who train like athletes.
Take the guesswork out of your training.
Know exactly what to do to move better, perform at your best & stay injury free.
This is for those of you who train or compete hard, but have no idea what's actually limiting you. Whether you are training to beat your Ironman PB, keep up in your CrossFit class or stop getting injured every time you run more than 5km, a performance assessment gives you:
A clear picture of your strengths and where you're vulnerable to injury or performance breakdowns
The small things that are holding you back from getting over your training plateau.
A personal baseline so you can track your progress clearly over time
Confidence that your training is targeting the right things
A roadmap back to full fitness if you do get injured

What to expect
-
The assessment involves a series of physical tests looking at things like:
→ Joint range of motion and flexibility.
→ Strength tests using dynamometers and force plates
→ Strength endurance tests
→ Stability and coordination in key positions -
Once you finish the test we will discuss your results before creating a more in depth report.
This will be your guide for areas to focus on over the next few months.
You’ll have the RAW scores too so you can compare these down the track if you choose to re-test after a period of training, or you can pass them on to your coach. -
If you choose to, we can create an exercise program for you to begin work on any problem areas.
These programs will fit around your current training, either as part of the warm up or as accessories so it does not becoming overwhelming.
Alternatively we can discuss your results with your coach and collaboratively implement changes in a way that makes the most sense for your training.
