You can book into our regular classes online via the timetable, or contact the clinic on 0422 483 865.

If you are a new client or this is your first class please contact the clinic before booking as you will need to fill in our new client forms. Generally we ask for all new class attendees to see us for an initial assessment before booking their first client. This is also required if you plan to claim your classes on private health (see next section).

If you plan to come regularly we can also book you into our system ongoing so that you don’t need to remember to book yourself in each week. With this system all you need to do is respond to the confirmation text that is sent out a couple of days before your appointment.

This is the same text system we use for our appointments, however for classes we ask that you just respond “No” if you can’t make the class.

You must respond to the text or contact us to cancel otherwise you will be automatically marked as attended and will be charged for the class.

If you would prefer to stick to managing your own bookings via our online system just let us know, you can cancel your class through the online booking system.

Please be aware that our usual cancellation policy of 24 hours applies for all classes and semi private sessions, regardless of how you cancel. Fees will apply according to our standard policy which you can view here.
